1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member" or "User") and 123ph7 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 123ph7 website located at 123ph7.org and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bingo, promotional offers, and the 123ph7 member account system.

By registering an account on 123ph7, accessing any portion of the platform, or placing any real-money wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 123ph7 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility criteria will be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each Member may hold only one (1) account on the 123ph7 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information should it change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 123ph7 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify 123ph7 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.

123ph7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

123ph7 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, UMID, voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until such documentation is provided.

4. Deposits & Payments

123ph7 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time at the platform's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). The 123ph7 wallet is denominated in PHP.
• Deposits made by methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
• 123ph7 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply independent transaction charges.
• All funds deposited on the 123ph7 platform are held for gaming purposes only and do not earn interest.

123ph7 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the 123ph7 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to three (3) business days.
• 123ph7 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Fees imposed by receiving financial institutions are the Member's responsibility.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to the Member where relevant.

123ph7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds, which may result in additional verification requirements and processing delays.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

123ph7 offers various promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards (collectively, "Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general rules apply to all 123ph7 Promotions:

• Promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each Promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated for each Promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• 123ph7 reserves the right to void bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated bonus manipulation.
• Certain games may contribute differently (or not at all) towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in individual Promotion terms.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players. 123ph7 may, at its sole discretion, withdraw a Member's eligibility for any current or future Promotions.

7. Gameplay & Fair Use

Members acknowledge that:

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players, including in live dealer games, to manipulate outcomes to the detriment of 123ph7 or other Members.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed through the 123ph7 platform.
• Any conduct that 123ph7 reasonably believes constitutes fraud, deception, or abuse of the platform's systems or its Members.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 123ph7 platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 123ph7 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 123ph7 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 123ph7 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Member's gambling activity, including losses attributable to games of chance.
• Interruptions, downtime, or technical errors that temporarily prevent access to the platform, provided that 123ph7 acts with reasonable diligence to restore services.
• Loss or damage resulting from a Member's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the 123ph7 platform.

In all cases where 123ph7 is found liable, the total aggregate liability to any individual Member shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

123ph7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its Members. The platform provides a range of tools accessible from the Member's account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Members are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

123ph7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A Member's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Changes to These Terms

123ph7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the 123ph7 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the 123ph7 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or mediation.
